Abstract

إن المؤسس الدستوري الجزائري قد أعطى لمبدأ الفصل بين السلطات قدرا كبيرا من الاهتمام في ظل التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020، و ذلك باعتباره ضمان لتحقيق الاستقرار بين السلطات في إطار التعاون و الرقابة المتبادلة، و هذا من خلال التقليص من هيمنة السلطة التنفيذية مع إقامة توازن فعلي بمنح السلطتين التشريعية و القضائية الاستقلالية في ممارسة جل اختصاصاتهما.
