Abstract

الملخص: تعتبر الجباية المحلية موردا هاما لميزانية البلدية، لذلك اهتم المشرع الجبائي بتكييف النصوص التشريعية، والتنظيمية حسب متطلبات وتطورات النشاط الاجتماعي، حيث ركزت هذه الدراسة على أهم الرسوم المحلية التي تساهم بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة في دعم ميزانية الجماعات المحلية في الجزائر فقد اتخذت من ميزانية بلدية الغزوات، نموذجا للدراسة. Résumé : La fiscalité locale et une source importante pour alimenter le budget communel, pour cela le législateur fiscal essaye d’adepter les tester législatifs et reglimention selon les exigences de l’acte sociale, cette recherche s’est concentrée sur les taxes locaux les plus importantes qui contribuent directement ou indirectement a la datation du budget des collectivités locales en Algerie, le cas de la commune de Ghazaouette comme modèle d’étude. Summary Local taxation is an important source for funding the municipal budget. For this reason, the fiscal legislator seeks to adapt legislative and regulatory texts according to the requirements of social action. This research focuses on the most significant local taxes that directly or indirectly contribute to the funding of local authorities’ budgets in Algeria, with the case of the municipality of Ghazaouet as a study model.
