Abstract

ملخص: المجتمع المدني هو مجموعة من المؤسسات ذات الصيغة السياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية التي تنشأ خارج نطاق الدولة ولقد اكتسب مكانة دستورية من خلال منصت عليه الدساتير الماضية إلى آخر تعديل دستوري لسنة 2020. الذي أولى أهمية كبيرة لمختلف منظمات المجتمع المدني بالتركيز بنية المجتمع المدني الذي له عدة أدوار كنشر قيم المواطنة وإرساء قواعد الديمقراطية ، كما أعطى هذا التعديل الأخير انطلاقة جديدة للمجتمع المدني في الجزائر من خلال تكريس مبدأ الديمقراطية ومشاركة المواطنين في تسيير شؤونهم العمومية وصولا إلى أحداث المرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني الذي يعد هيئة استشارية يقدم آراء وتوصيات متعلقة بإنشغالات المجتمع المدني. résumé: La société civile est un groupe d'institutions avec une formule politique, économique et culturelle qui surgit en dehors du champ d'application de l'État et elle a acquis un statut constitutionnel grâce aux dispositions des constitutions passées jusqu'au dernier amendement constitutionnel de 2020.
