دور التقنيات الذكية في الوقاية من الخطر لدى الأطفال

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى الانتباه الانتقائي لدى طفل مصاب بالصرع، مع التعرف على أبرز الصعوبات المعرفية المرتبطة به، خاصة في مهام التركيز وانتقاء المثيرات المناسبة أثناء الأداء. وللإجابة على هذا التساؤل اعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي باستخدام أسلوب دراسة الحالة، بأدواته المتمثلة في المقابلة العيادية، الملاحظة، واختبار ستروب (STROOP) لقياس الانتباه الانتقائي، وذلك لجمع المعلومات حول حالة طفل مصاب بالصرع. فعلى ضوء هذا توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الحالة تعاني من صعوبات في الانتباه الانتقائي، تمثلت في البطء في زمن الاستجابة، وكثرة الأخطاء والترددات أثناء أداء الاختبار، إضافة إلى ضعف القدرة على مقاومة التداخل والمحافظة على التركيز لفترة كافية، مما انعكس على الأداء المعرفي للحالة أثناء تطبيق الاختبار، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير لبعض النوبات الصرعية على العمليات المعرفية المرتبطة بالانتباه والتركيز Abstract : The present study aims to investigate the level of selective attention in a child diagnosed with Epilepsy, while identifying the main cognitive difficulties associated with it, particularly in tasks requiring concentration and the selection of relevant stimuli during performance. To address this research question, the clinical method was adopted using a case study approach. The study relied on several tools, including the clinical interview, observation, and the Stroop Test (STROOP) to assess selective attention, with the aim of collecting data regarding the case of a child with Epilepsy. In light of the findings, the results revealed that the case suffers from difficulties in selective attention, manifested by slow response time, a high frequency of errors and hesitations during test performance, as well as reduced ability to resist interference and maintain concentration for an adequate period of time. This negatively affected the child’s cognitive performance during the administration of the test. Furthermore, the findings indicated that certain epileptic seizures may have an impact on cognitive processes related to attention and concentration.
