حماية الطفل في القانون الجزائري في ضوء اتفاقية حقوق الطفل سنة 1989

Abstract

الملخص:

تعد مرحلة الطفولة المرحلة الحساسة في حياة الفرد ،فكان لا بد من احاطة هذه المرحلة بمجموعة من الحقوق وتقديم حماية خاصة بهذه الفئة ،ولكي تحفظ هذه الحقوق كان لا بد من توفر مجموعة من الضمانات سواء على المستوى الوطني أو الدولي ، كما أن اتفاقية حقوق الطفل لسنة 1989 كانت من اكثر الاتفاقيات التي حظيت بمباركة دول العالم ومن بينها الجزائر والتي كانت حريصة وسباقة في ذلك من أجل الارتقاء بحقوق الطفل. Résumé: La période de l’enfance est perçue comme une étape sensible dans la vie de l’individu ,ce qui nous obligée a mettre une protection spéciale ,et pour préserver et de garder ces droit de vient être de bout sur un ensemble de garanties ,que ce sois au niveaux national ou international ,ou cela la convention aux droits de l’enfant de l’année 1989 était les plus largement acceptées au monde ,parmi eux l’algérie qui était désireuse de promouvoir le droits de l’enfant. Abstract: Childhood is regarded as a sensitive période in the life of the individual witch obligation us to put the special protection and for preserve and qeep these right,it was necessary to find a range of guarantees both nationaly and internationaly ,where the convention the child right for the year 1989 was of the most widely accepted convention in the word,and also algeria she was keen to promot the child right .
