Abstract

الملخص: يعتبر الحق في الصحة من الحقوق الأساسية في حياة الفرد و المجتمع و من خلال دراستي التي قدمتها تطرقت إلى توضيح الجوانب القانونية لضمان حق الإنسان في الصحة و إبراز أهم الصكوك الدولية التي نصت على ذلك و قد تطرقت إلى مفهوم الحق في الصحة و تكريسه في القانون الدولي بما فيه مفهوم الحق في الصحة و تكريس الحق في الصحة في القانون الدولي ، و كذا الآليات الدولية لكفالة الحق في الصحة من خلال الآليات العالمية لحماية الحق في الصحة و الآليات الإقليمية لحماية الحق في الصحة. Résumé: Le droit à la santé est l’un des droits fondamentaux dans la vie de l’individu et de la société et a porté sur les aspects juridiques de la garantie du droit à la santé et sur les instruments internationaux les plus importants et le concept du droit à la santé consacré par le droit international. Inclure le concept du droit à la santé et la promotion du droit à la santé dans le droit international, ainsi que des mécanismes internationaux garantissant le droit à la santé par des mécanismes universels de protection du droit à la santé et des mécanismes Summary: The right to health is one of the fundamental rights in the life of the individual and the society.
