| dc.description.abstract | تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع: قلق المستقبل المهني وعلاقته بالتوافق المهني لدى متكوني مراكز التكوين المهني، حيث هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى قلق المستقبل المهني لدى متكوني مراكز التكوين المهني وأيضا الكشف عن مستوى التوافق المهني لدى متكوني مراكز التكوين المهني ومعرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين قلق المستقبل المهني والتوافق المهني لدى المتكونين. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج العيادي، من خلال دراسة خمس حالات من متكوني مراكز التكوين المهني، كما تم استخدام المقابلة النصف موجهة، إضافة إلى تطبيق استبيان خاص بقياس قلق المستقبل المهني والتوافق المهني، وقد تم إعداد بنود قلق المستقبل المهني بالاستناد إلى مقياس قلق المستقبل لكل من شقير (2005) وZaleski (1996)، مع تكييفها بما يتناسب مع طبيعة متكوني مراكز التكوين المهني. كما تم بناء بنود التوافق المهني في ضوء الأدبيات والنماذج النظرية التي تناولت التوافق المهني لدى كل من Super (1957)، وDawis & Lofquist (1984)، وHolland (1997). واعتمدت الأداة على سلم ليكرت الخماسي في تقدير الاستجاب. وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عما يلي: • تحقق الفرضية العامة التي مفادها وجود علاقة بين قلق المستقبل المهني والتوافق المهني لدى متكوني مراكز التكوين المهني. • تحقق الفرضية الجزئية الأولى، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن المتكونين يعانون من مستوى متوسط إلى مرتفع من قلق المستقبل المهني. • تحقق الفرضية الجزئية الثانية، حيث بينت النتائج أن أغلب المتكونين يتمتعون بمستوى متوسط إلى مرتفع من التوافق المهني. • كما أظهرت النتائج أن ارتفاع قلق المستقبل المهني قد يؤثر سلبًا على مستوى التوافق المهني لدى بعض الحالات. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | This study addressed the topic of Professional Future Anxiety and its Relationship to Professional Adjustment among Vocational Training Trainees. The study aimed to identify the level of professional future anxiety among vocational training trainees, determine their level of professional adjustment, and explore the nature of the relationship between professional future anxiety and professional adjustment. The study adopted the clinical approach through the investigation of five cases from vocational training centers. Semi-structured interviews were used, in addition to a questionnaire designed to measure professional future anxiety and professional adjustment. The professional future anxiety items were developed based on the Future Anxiety Scales of Shqeir (2005) and Zaleski (1996), and were adapted to suit the characteristics of vocational training trainees. The professional adjustment items were developed in light of the literature and theoretical models addressing professional adjustment, particularly those of Super (1957), Dawis and Lofquist (1984), and Holland (1997). The instrument employed a five-point Likert scale to assess participants’ responses. The results of the study revealed the following: • The general hypothesis was confirmed, indicating the existence of a relationship between professional future anxiety and professional adjustment among vocational training trainees. • The first sub-hypothesis was confirmed, as the findings showed that trainees experience a moderate to high level of professional future anxiety. • The second sub-hypothesis was also confirmed, as the results indicated that most trainees demonstrate a moderate to high level of professional adjustment. • The findings further revealed that a high level of professional future anxiety may negatively affect the level of professional adjustment in some cases. | |
