Item التأهيــــــل المــــــــــــــــــهني لـــــــــذوي الإحتياجـــــــــــــــات الخاصـــــــــــــــــــة دراسة لأربع حالات بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي صواب الوسيني أولاد بن صابر مغنية(المركز الجامعي - مغنية, 2025-07-07) بسدات جميلة; تحت إشراف الأستاذ حمرة حسنيتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على امكانية التأهيل المهني لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة داخل مركز متخصص في تحسين التكيف النفسي والاجتماعي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، ودعم إدماجهم في سوق العمل، تتكون العينة القصدية من أربع حالات مختلفة الإعاقة (إعاقة ذهنية، متلازمة داون، طيف توحد، صعوبات تعلم)، تم اختيارها من مركز نفسي بيداغوجي ببلدية مغنية حيث تم دراسة اربع حالات. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج العيادي دراسة الحالة من خلال المقابلات، الملاحظة، واستمارتين لتقييم المهارات والميولات المهنية. أظهرت النتائج أنه يمكن تأهيل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مهنيا من خلال تطوير المهارات اليومية والمهنية، وتحسين التفاعل الاجتماعي والاستقلالية النفسية، كما يساعد في توجيه ذوي الاحتياجات نحو مهن مناسبة لإعاقتهم وقدراتهم، مما يعزز فرص إدماجهم في الحياة العملية This study aimed to explore the role of vocational rehabilitation within a specialized center in enhancing the psychological and social adjustment of individuals with special needs and supporting their integration into the labor market. The sample consisted of four cases with different types of disabilities (intellectual disability, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, and learning difficulties), selected from a psycho-pedagogical center in the municipality of Maghnia. The study adopted the clinical case study method through interviews, direct observation, and two forms to assess vocational skills and interests. The results showed that vocational rehabilitation contributes to the development of daily and professional skills, improves social interaction and psychological independence, and helps guide individuals with special needs toward jobs suited to their abilities and disabilities, thereby enhancing their chances of integration into the workforce.Item محاضرات و تطبيقات في تقييم المشاريع(المركز الجامعي مغنية, 2025-10-30) هاشيم مريم نبيلةهذه المطبوعة هي عبارة عن محاضرات في تقييم المشاريع الاستثمارية موجهة لطلبة السنة الثالثة ليسانس اقتصاد وتسيير مؤسسة وطلبة السنة الأولى ماستر اقتصاد كمي وفق البرنامج الجديدلوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي - بحيث برمج هذا المقياس ليكون تكملة لمقياس الرياضيات المالية وبداية لمقياس اخر في السنة الاولى ماستر وهو التقييم المالي للمشاريع فمقياس تقييم المشاريع هو مقياس يلم بجميع المراحل الاولى التي يجب ان يمر بها المشروع قبل بداية التشغيل.Item مصادر الضغوط النفسية لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة(المركز الجامعي - مغنية, 2025-07-07) Fawzia haddouineتسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أكثر مصادر الضغوط النفسية لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والكشف عن مستوى الضغط النفسي لديهن، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن الفروق في مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى أفراد العينة باختلاف نمط إعاقة الابن. أجريت الدراسة الميدانية على عينة مكونة من (35) أمًا يختلفن في نمط إعاقة الابن حيث شملت (20) أما لأطفال يعانون من إعاقة ذهنية و (15) أما لأطفال يعانون من اضطراب طيف التوحد، استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي وطبقنا مقياس الضغوط النفسية لــ"جبالي صباح"، بعد تحليل النتائج توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى مايلي: أكثر المصادر التي تسبب ضغط نفسيا بالنسبة لأمهات الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات خاصة هو مصدر مشكلات الخوف من المستقبل يليه مصدر الأعراض العضوية تم مصدر المشكلات المالية. مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى أفراد العينة متوسط- لاتوجد فروق في مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى أمهات باختلاف نوعية إعاقة الإبن- الاسقاطات الواقعية كانت منصة "منتوج بلادي" للتسويق وترويج المنتجات اليدوية لأمهات الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة- The current study aims at identifying the most significant sources of psychological stress among mothers of children with special needs and revealing their level of psychological pressure, in addition to uncovering the differences in the level of psychological stress among the sample individuals based on the type of disability of their child. The field study was conducted on a sample consisting of (35) mothers differing in the type of disability of their children, including (20) mothers of children with intellectual disabilities and (15) mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder. We used the descriptive approach and applied the psychological stress scale by 'Jabali Sabah'. After analysing the results, the current study concluded the following: -The most significant sources causing psychological stress for mothers of children with special needs is the fear of future problems, followed by organic symptoms, then financial problems. The level of psychological stress among the sample individuals is moderate. We trace the grammatical and morphological issues in his work to understand how he employed them in his rhetorical interpretation of the Qur’an.Item منصة الكترونية لبيع وكراء الأراضي الزراعية Ardi Market(University Centre of Maghnia, 2025-07-08) مقنافي فطيمة الزهراءملخص يقترح هذا المشروع تطوير منصة رقمية مخصصة لبيع وكراء الأراضي الزراعية، بهدف ربط ملاك الأراضي بالمشترين أو المستأجرين المحتملين بطريقة فعالة وشفافة. وتستجيب المنصة لحاجة حقيقية في السوق لرقمنة التعاملات العقارية الفلاحية وتبسيطها، من خلال واجهة سهلة الاستخدام تتيح نشر الإعلانات )العادية أو المميزة( وفق اشتراكات شهرية أو سنوية حسب رغبة المالك. اعتمدت الدراسة على مقاربة شاملة تضمنت إعداد نموذج العمل التجاري ) BMC (، وتحليل السوق باستخدام أدوات تحليلية مثل SWOT ، نموذج القوى الخمس لبورتر، ونموذج PESTEL . وقد ساهمت نتائج الاستبيان الذي استهدف ملاك الأراضي في تأكيد الطلب على هذه الخدمة وتوجيه الرؤية الاستراتيجية للمشروع. أظهرت التقديرات المالية أن المشروع قابل للتطبيق ويملك فرصا واعدة للربحية، خاصة في ظل التحول الرقمي المتسارع في القطاع الفلاحي. كما تم بالفعل تطوير النسخة الأولية ) MVP ( من المنصة وهي جاهزة للاختبار الميداني. ختاما، يمثل هذا المشروع ليس فقط خدمة رقمية تجارية، بل أداة استراتيجية للمساهمة في تحديث سوق العقار الفلاحي، من خلال تحسين العرض، وتسهيل الوصول، وبناء الثقة بين مختلف المتعاملين. Abstracts This project proposes the development of a digital dedicated to the sale and rental of agricultural lands, aiming to bridge the gap between landowners and potential buyers or renters. The platform responds to a clear market need for more efficient, accessible, and transparent way to manage agricultural real estate transactions. Through a simplified and user-friendly interface, the solution enables landowners to publish ads-either standard or featured-on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, depending on their subscription. The study follows a comprehensive approach, including the elaboration of a business model canvas (BMC), a market analysis using tools such as SWOT analysis, porter’s five force, and the PESTEL model. Data collected through surveys with landowners played a key role in validating market demand and identifying strategic directions. Financial projections indicate the project’s feasibility and potential for profitability, especially given the increasing digitalization of the agricultural sector. The initial MVP (Minimum Viable Product) version of the platform has already been developed and is ready for real-world testing. In conclusion, this platform is not only a commercial digital service, but also a strategic tool to modernize and stimulate the agricultural land market by enhancing visibility, access, and trust between stakeholders.Item واقع الرقمنة كآلية لتحسين الأداء الإداري في المؤسسات الإقتصادية الجزائرية:دراسة حالة صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي للعمال الاجراءLA CNAS(University Centre of Maghnia, 2025-07-08) لزعر شيماء أم الخيرالملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز وتحليلواقع الرقمنةو تبيان دورها كآلية لتحسين الأداء الإداري في المؤسسات الاقتصادية من خلال دراسة حالة صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي للعمال الأجراء بوكالة تلمسان, انطلقت الدراسةمن اشكالية بحثية محورية مفادها : كيف تساهم الرقمنة في تحسين الأداء الإداري داخل صناديق الضمان الاجتماعي للعمال الأجراء بوكالة تلمسان؟.وقد تبنت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, حيث تم استخدام الاستبيان كأدات رئيسية لجمع البيانات, وطبق ذلك على عينة قدرها150 موظف, ولتحليل النتائج المتحصل عليها اعتمدت على البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS. أسفرت النتائج النهائية على أن الرقمنة تساهم بشكل فعال في تعزيز الاداء الاداري. من هنا يمكن القول أن الرقمنة تمثل ركيزة استراتيجية و تقنية لتحسين الاداء الاداري في المؤسسات الاقتصادية. توصلت الدراسة لجملة من التوصيات أهمها: حتمية إدماج الرقمنة ضمن السياسات الوطنية للإصلاح الإداري, وتبني خطة استراتيجية للتحول الرقمي مرفقة بإصدار تشريعات داعمة. Abstract : This studyaims to highlightand analyze the reality of digitization and demonstrateitsrole as a mechanism for imroving administrative performance in economic institutions through a case study of the social securityfunds for wageearnersworkersat the tlemcenagency ?. The descriptive analyticalapproachwasadopted. The questionnaire wasused as the main tool for data collection. This wasapplied to a sample of 150 employees. To analyze the resultsobtained, I relied on the statistical program SPSS. The final resultsshowedthatdigitizationcontributeseffectively to enhancingadminstrative performance.Hence, It canbesaidthat digital transformation represents a strategicpillar for improving administrative performance in economic institutions. The studyreachedanumber of recommendatins, The most important of which are : the inevetability of integratingdigitizationinto national administrative reformpoliues, and adopting a digital transformation strategyecompanied by issuingsupportivelegislation. Résumé : Cette étude vise à mettre en lumière et à analyser la réalité de la digitalisation et à démontrer son rôle comme mécanisme d’amélioration de la performance administrative des institutions économiques, à travers l’étude de cas de la Caisse de Sécurité Sociale des Travailleurs Salariés de l’Agence de Tlemcen.L’étude repose sur la question suivante : dans quelle mesure la digitalisation contribue-t-elle à l’amélioration de la performance administrative au sein de la Caisse de Sécurité Sociale des Travailleurs Salariés de l’Agence de Tlemcen ?.L’étude a adopté une méthode descriptive et analytique, utilisant un questionnaire comme principal outil de collecte de données, appliqué à un échantillon de 150 employés.Les résultats ont été analysés à l’aide du logiciel statistique SPSS.Les résultats finaux ont montré que la digitalisation contribue efficacement au renforcement de la performance administrative.Ainsi, la digitalisation représente un axe stratégique important pour l’amélioration de la performance administrative des institutions économiques. L’étude a abouti à un ensemble de recommandations, notamment la nécessité d’intégrer la digitalisation dans les politiques nationales de réforme administrative et l’adoption d’un plan de transformation numérique accompagné de textes législatifs structurés.Item واقع النشاطات البدنية الرياضية لدى الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية من وجهة نظر المختصين في مجال التربية الخاصة _دراسة ميدانية بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي (مغنية) ولاية تلمسان(المركز الجامعي - مغنية, 2025-07-03) Oukaid Awatif; تحت إشراف الأستاذ عيساوي مجاهدتهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن واقع النشاطات البدنية الرياضية لدى الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية من وجهة نظر المختصين في مجال التربية الخاصة بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي (مغنية) . وللتعرف على ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي طريقة تحليل المحتوى بأدواته المتمثلة في المقابلة النصف موجهة والملاحظة ودليل المقابلة الذي تم تصميمه من طرف الباحثة على عينة قدرت ب(20) مختصا في مجال التربية الخاصة. وبعد تحليل النتائج توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى ما يلي: • النشاطات البدنية الرياضية لدى الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي (مغنية) هي نشاطات مكيفة على أساس الإعاقة الذهنية، وتستمد مبادئها من النشاطات البدنية الرياضية العادية. • تساهم النشاطات البدنية الرياضية بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي (مغنية)في تحسين الجوانب الحركية والسلوكية لدى الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية، وتطوير مهاراتهم المعرفية والاجتماعية. • تواجه النشاطات البدنية الرياضية بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي (مغنية) عدة تحديات تتمثل أهمها في نقص المدربين المتخصصين في المجال، ونقص في الوسائل الخاصة، إضافة إلى صعوبة التعامل مع الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية الشديدة، والذين لديهم تعدد الإعاقات. The current study aims to know the reality of physical sports activities among mentally disabled children at the psycho-pedagogical center (Maghnia) from the point of view of specialists. To find out about this, the descriptive approach was used in content analysis with is tools represented by the semi-directed interview and observation , and the interview guide that was designed by the researcher on a sample estimated at (20) specialists in the field of special education .After analysing the results , the current study concluded the following : Physical sports activities for mentally disabled children in the psycho-pedagogical center (Maghnia) are activities adapted on the basis of mental disability; and it derives its principles from normal sporting activities. Physical sports activities in the psycho-pedagogical center (Maghnia) contribute to inproving the motor and behavioral aspects of mentally disabled children and to developing their cognitive and social skills. Physical sports activities in the psycho-pedagogical center (Maghnia) face several challenges; the most important of which is ashortage of specialized trainers in the field, and a shortage of sports equipment; in addition to the difficulty of dealing with children with severe intellectual disabilities; and who have multiple disabilities.Item أثر التراث الشعبي في القصيدة الجزائرية المعاصرة -حيزية نمودجا(2025-10-21) حمزة عبد الوهابملخص البحث: يكفي أن يُذكر التّراث ليعيش المرء بفكره، الماضي بحوادثه، وشخصيّاته، ونصوصه التّراثيّة. لكن أن يُذكر التّراث، ليعيش المرء، الماضي بمُخلّفاته، والحاضر بمُعطياته، والمستقبل بتطلّعاته، فهذا لا يمكن أن يتحقق إلّا داخل النّصوص الشّعريّة المعاصرة، التي استطاع فيها مُبدعوها، الجمع بين دفتي أسطرهم الشّعريّة، بين الماضي السّحيق بكنوزه التّراثيّة، الغنيّة بالطّاقات التّعبيريّة الهائلة، و بين الحاضر المعاصر، بشتّى أنواع مشاكله ومشاغله وهمومه اليوميّة، و بين المستقبل بمُختلف تطلّعاته، وآماله، وآلامه المُستقبليّة. وهذا كلّه من أجل التّعبير عن أفكارهم، وتصوّراتهم، وهواجسهم، و واقع مُجتمعاتهم الحضاريّة، والقوميّة. تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر التّراث في القصيدة الجزائريّة المعاصرة، وذلك بنوع من التّوسع والتّخصص ، فأمّا التّوسع وهو أنّها تتناول توظيفه بصفة عامّة من خلال التّعرّض لأهمّ الطرّق والتّقنيات المُتّبعة في ذلك، مع الاستدلال ببعض التجّارب النّاجحة التي أثبت فيها أصحابها كفاءتهم في توظيفه واستثماره. وأمّا التّخصص فإنّها تتناول توظيف التّراث الشّعبيّ بصفة خاصّة، من خلال التّعريف به وبأهمّ أشكاله التّعبيريّة من جهة، وبأشكال وطرق وفنّيّات توظيفه، وأهمّ انعكاساته على البناء الفنّيّ للنّصوص الشّعريّة الجزائريّة المعاصرة من جهة أخرى. مع تخصيص جانب تطبيقيّ، يتناول حضور الشخصيّة التراثية الشّعبيّة الجزائريّة"حيزيّة" في إبداعات بعض الشّعراء الجزائريّين المعاصرين، وذلك من خلال التطرّق لأهمّ المضامين التي تمّ توظيفها فيها، ولأهمّ المخالفات والمزالق التي أوقعت تجارب بعضهم تحت طائل الفشل والإخفاق. Search summary: It is enough to mention heritage for one to live in thought: the past with its events, personalities, and heritage texts. But for heritage to be mentioned so that one lives the past with its remnants, the present with its givens, and the future with its aspirations, this can only be achieved within contemporary poetic texts, whose creators have managed to combine within the pages of their poetic lines: the distant past with its heritage treasures, rich in immense expressive energies; the contemporary present with all its types of problems, concerns, and daily worries; and the future with its various aspirations, hopes, and future pains. All of this is in order to express their ideas, perceptions, anxieties, and the reality of their civilized and national societies. This study aims to reveal the impact of heritage on the contemporary Algerian poem, with a kind of expansion and specialization. As for the expansion, it deals with its employment in general through addressing the most important methods and techniques used in this regard, with evidence from some successful experiences in which their authors demonstrated their competence in employing and investing it. As for the specialization, it specifically addresses the employment of popular heritage, by defining it and its most important expressive forms on one hand, and by defining the forms, methods, and techniques of its employment, and its most important reflections on the artistic structure of contemporary Algerian poetic texts on the other hand. A practical section is dedicated to the presence of the Algerian popular heritage figure "Haiziya" in the creations of some contemporary Algerian poets, by addressing the most important themes in which she was employed, and the most significant violations and pitfalls that led some of their experiences to failure and disappointment.Item الإلتزام الصحي لدى المرضى المصابين بداء السكري دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية شعبان حمدون-مغنية(المركز الجامعي- مغنية, 2025-07-03) ZADJAOUI HANANE LALIA - BELLAHCENE AMEL ; تحت إشراف الأستاذ عيساوي مجاهدتهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى الإلتزام الصحي لدى المصابين بداء السكري،و معرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا لدى المصابين بداء السكري تعزى لمتغير (السن،مدة المرض ،نوع المرض) وللتعرف على هذا تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي بأدواته المتمثلة في مقياس الإلتزام الصحي لسمية عليوة سنة(2020) على عينة قدرت ب(65 حالة) تتراوح أعمارهم مابين (07 سنوات إلى 90 سنة) بعد تحليل النتائج توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى أن مستوى الإلتزام الصحي لدى المرضى المصابين بداء السكري مرتفع، وأنه لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإلتزام الصحي لدى المصابين بداء السكري تعزى لمتغير (السن،مدة المرض) وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإلتزام الصحي لدى المصابين بداء السكري تعزى لمتغير(نوع المرض) The current study aims to investigate the level of health compliance among individuals with diabetes mellitus, determine whether there are statistically significant differences in health compliance among diabetic patients attributed to the variable of age, identify statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of illness duration, and explore statistically significant differences in health compliance among diabetic patients attributed to the variable of disease type. A descriptive methodology was employed using the Health Compliance Scale by Nasima Aliwah (2020) on a sample of (65) cases aged between (7 and 90) years. After analyzing the results, the study concluded that the level of health compliance among diabetic patients is high, with no statistically significant differences in health compliance levels attributed to the variables of age or illness duration, while statistically significant differences in health compliance levels were found attributed to the variable of disease type.Item ابتكارات التكنولوجيا المالية و دورها في تطوير الصناعة المصرفية - دراسة حالة بنك التنمية المحلية مغنية -418-(University Centre of Maghnia, 2025-07-08) حمامي حسام الدين، الرايس عبد النورالملخص: (Fintech) نقلة نوعية في الصناعة المصرفية، حيث ساهمت بشكل كبير في تحسين جودة الخدمات البنكية، وتسهيل العمليات المالية، بما يتماشى مع متطلبات التحول الرقمي العالمي. وأصبحت هذه الابتكارات اليوم خيارًا استراتيجيًا للمؤسسات المصرفية التي تسعى إلى تطوير أدائها، تعزيز تنافسيتها، وتحقيق الشمول المالي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور ابتكارات التكنولوجيا المالية في تطوير الصناعة المصرفية، من خلال تقديم إطار مفاهيمي يشمل التعاريف الأساسية للتكنولوجيا المالية، خصائصها، أبرز خدماتها، وأثرها المباشر على أنشطة ووظائف البنوك التقليدية. كما تم تخصيص الجانب التطبيقي لتحليل واقع التكنولوجيا المالية في الجزائر، ومدى مساهمتها في ترقية الصناعة المصرفية المحلية، مع التركيز على دراسة حالة بنك التنمية المحلية – وكالة مغنية، كنموذج يعكس مدى تبني البنوك الوطنية لهذه الابتكارات، والصعوبات التي تواجهها في هذا المسار. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التكنولوجيا المالية تشكل فرصة واعدة لتطوير النظام البنكي الجزائري، إلا أن الاستفادة منها بشكل فعّال تظل مرهونة بتوفير بنية تحتية رقمية ملائمة، دعم تشريعي محفّز، وتطوير ثقافة مالية رقمية لدى الزبائن والعاملين في القطاع. abstract: Financial technology innovations (Fintech) have significantly transformed the banking industry by enhancing service quality, facilitating financial transactions, and supporting the global shift towards digitalization. These innovations have become a strategic tool for banking institutions aiming to improve performance, strengthen competitiveness, and promote financial inclusion. This study aims to examine the role of Fintech innovations in developing the banking industry, by presenting a conceptual framework that defines financial technology, outlines its key features and services, and explores its impact on the core activities and functions of traditional banks. The practical part focuses on assessing the current state of financial technology in Algeria and its contribution to the modernization of the local banking sector, with a special emphasis on a case study of the Bank for Local Development (BDL) – Maghnia Branch. This case aims to illustrate the extent to which national banks are adopting Fintech innovations and the challenges they face in the digital transformation process. The study concludes that Fintech presents a valuable opportunity to advance the Algerian banking system. However, its effective implementation depends on strengthening digital infrastructure, establishing a supportive legal framework, and promoting a digital financial culture among both clients and financial institutions.
