Item أثر التحول الرقمي في تحسين خدمات الإدارة الجامعية(معهد العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية, 2025-07-03) النباتي فاطمة الزهراء; الحمليلي أنفالالملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التحول الرقمي لضمان جودة الخدمات داخل المركز الجامعي -مغنية-، و هذا مرهون بوجود تحول رقمي من اجل التغيير والابتكار تعمل عليه الادارة الجامعية من خلال تبني أحدث التقنيات المتواجدة، طبقت هذه الدراسة على مجتمع متكون من موظفين المركز الجامعي مغنية-وتم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة قدرت ب (90) موظف ،حيث تم استخدام برنامج 27 spss V لتحليل هذا الاستبيان، ومن خلال تحليل إيجابيات مفردات العينة تم التوصل إلى أن المركز الجامعي -مغنية- تبنى التحول الرقمي بشكل كبير في عمليته الادارية، حيث تبين وجود علاقة إيجابية بين المتغيرين "التحول الرقمي" و "خدمات الادارة الجامعية" وعليه توصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز التحول الرقمي بمختلف ابعاده وكل جوانبه، بما يضمن رفع جودة خدمات الادارة الجامعية. Summary: This study aimed to identify the impact of digital transformation on ensuring the quality of services within the University Center of Maghnia, this is contingent upon the existence of a digital transformation for change and innovation that the university administration is working on by adopting the latest available technologies. This study was conducted on a population consisting of employees of the University Center of Maghnia, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 90 employees, and the SpssV 27 program was used to analyze this questionnaire. Through the sample's positive responses, it was found that the University Center of Maghnia has significantly adopted digital transformation in its administrative processes. The findings revealed a positive relationship between the two variables "digital transformation" and "university administration services". Accordingly, the study recommends the necessity of enhancing digital transformation in its various dimensions and all its aspects, to ensure the improvement of the quality of university administration services.Item التنمر المدرسي وعلاقته بالتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى المراهق المتمدرس " دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المراهقين المتمدرسين "(معهد العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية, 2025-07-03) نمراوي سارةملخص : تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين التنمر المدرسي و التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مستوى التنمر المدرسي و التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى تلاميذ السنة أولى ثانوي بمدينة مغنية ، لهذا الغرض قمنا بالاعتماد على مقياسين و هما مقياس التعرض للتنمر المدرسي من إعداد الطالبين ، و مقياس التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي من إعداد الدكتورة سهير إبراهيم محمد سهير ، طبقت أدوات الدراسة على عينة متكونة من 80 تلميذ و تلميذة في ثانوية بوعزة ميلود ، تم التوصل إلى نتائج مفادها عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين التنمر المدرسي و التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي . Abstract : The current study aims to identify the relationship between school bullying and psychosocial adjustment , in addition to identifying the level of school bullying and psychosocial adjustment among first-year secondary school students in the city of Maghnia . For this purpose , we relied on two scales : the scale of exposure to school bullying prepared by the two students , and the scale of psychosocial adjustment prepared by Dr. Suhair Ibrahim Muhammed Suhair .The study tools were applied to a sample of 80 male and female students at Bouazza Miloud High School .
